Living Christ’s Mercy, Justice and Hope: 

an in-person event for organisations, churches and individuals wanting to deepen their involvement or develop a Christian response to people in prison and those leaving prison.

Join the Rt Revd Rachel Treweek, Lord Bishop of Gloucester and Anglican Bishop for HM Prisons in England and Wales, and friends including the Welcome Directory, Prison Fellowship and Spring Harvest for a day of encouragement, mutual learning and reflection. It is hoped Lord Timpson, Minister for Prisons, Probation and Reducing Reoffending, will join us for part of the day.

Getting to The Abbey Centre

The Abbey Centre is conveniently located near Westminster Abbey and Parliament Square in central London. It offers excellent transport links, being just a short walk from St James’s Park, Westminster, and Victoria underground stations, and close to Victoria, Charing Cross, and Waterloo train stations.

  • St James’s Park Underground Station (District & Circle lines) - 5 minutes’ walk
  • Westminster Underground Station (District, Circle & Jubilee lines) - 7 minutes’ walk
  • Victoria Train station - 15 minutes’ walk
