This should show the amount of benefit you get and all the calculations - especially for Universal Credit.

  • We need to see a full breakdown of your benefit - not just the total. If that is not included your application will be held up while we ask for more details. If your latest benefit notification is dated over a year ago, please include proof that you still receive the benefit, for example your bank statement.
  • If you are using a phone or tablet the Browse button will take you to your camera so you can take a photograph or you can add a screenshot.
  • If you are using a computer you will need to scan and save the document, then click the Browse button, find where you have saved it, and click Open.

If you don't get a benefit but would like us to help with your booking, please upload a note from your church or group organiser explaining what support they are offering you.

This fund is designed to support families who are experiencing financial hardship to join us at Spring Harvest. As the Benefit system does not give us a full picture please tell us about your situation - such as relying on foodbanks or other support services - so we can consider what help we can offer.
