Everyone In Fund

At Spring Harvest we believe everyone should have the opportunity to encounter the life-changing ministry that happens every year - the worship, teaching, community and space to grow. We know that for some the cost of attending can be a barrier. 

Spring Harvest does not hold a reserve for the Everyone In Fund. All help we can offer is raised from scratch each year through the generosity of our supporters - including those we call Spring Harvest Heroes - individuals who pray and give regularly to sustain our ministry and through grants and other donations.

Who can apply?

If you are in difficult financial circumstances you can apply for a discount off the cost of a Spring Harvest booking. We will ask for evidence of your circumstances for example receipt of state benefits. If you need half or more of the cost of your accommodation covered we will also ask your church leader to endorse your application, details below, so please have that ready before starting your application.

If you are a church leader you are welcome to apply on behalf of a family supported by your church - for example asylum seekers.

What do we want from a Church endorsement?

We want to know whether or not the church agrees with your decision to come to Spring Harvest and for an indication of the amount the church is prepared to pay towards the booking in demonstration of their support. An outline of the relationship the church has with you would also be helpful. It should include contact details of the person giving the reference. This may be provided by a church leader or group organiser. They are welcome to call us if they would prefer to discuss this by phone.

Help with a resort booking

Step 1 - Apply before booking

Complete our form to apply for help for a family or small group hoping to come to Spring Harvest in 2027. There are questions about your need for help and your booking plans.

For best results complete the form on a phone or tablet so you can photograph your supporting documents.

For help for large groups please email us on info@springharvest.org with details of the group.

Step 2 - Review and Result

If you are successful we will send you a discount code to use when you book. 

The discount will be a percentage discount off the cost of your accommodation unit (not meals or other extras).

Your saving will depend on what is available when you book and your choice of accommodation.

You should not assume your application will be successful.

Step 3 - Book

We'll tell you how to book if you are successful. If you are part of a group you may have to make your own booking which can then be joined to the rest of the group.

All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

Step 4 - Let us know

Send us your booking confirmation so we can calculate how much discount you've had and check that the code has been used correctly.

Step 5 - Your balance

We can't help you further once you have booked.

Butlin's auto pay is available to you and you can also pay towards your balance at any time to help spread the cost.

We hope you can join us, but if you have to cancel your booking, please let us know.

Be Aware

If you book before asking for help we will not be able to help towards the cost.

If anyone uses a discount code without our authority the discount will be cancelled and they will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.


Day visitors

We use the same form for applying for help towards day visitor tickets.

Please apply for your discount before booking.


A panel of Spring Harvest team and advisors will meet regularly to review applications. We can't give any indication of the success of any application until we have seen it and may contact you for more information. In order to give as many people as possible the chance to come to Spring Harvest we might not be able to offer you a significant amount of help if we have paid the majority of your booking within the past two years.

We may ask successful applicants for a report following Spring Harvest so we can monitor the effectiveness of the Fund and as a means of encouraging others to donate in future.

We can offer this help because of the generous giving of friends and supporters. The help we can give is limited and we are sorry but once the fund is used up we may not be able to help you, so please apply as soon as you can.
