At Spring Harvest we believe everyone should have the opportunity to encounter the life-changing ministry that happens every year - the worship, teaching, community and space to grow. We know that for some the cost of attending can be a barrier.
Spring Harvest does not hold a reserve for the Everyone In Fund. All help we can offer is raised from scratch each year through the generosity of our supporters - including those we call Spring Harvest Heroes - individuals who pray and give regularly to sustain our ministry and through grants and other donations.
If you are in difficult financial circumstances you can apply for a discount off the cost of a Spring Harvest booking. We will ask for evidence of your circumstances for example receipt of state benefits. If you need half or more of the cost of your accommodation covered we will also ask your church leader to endorse your application, details below, so please have that ready before starting your application.
If you are a church leader you are welcome to apply on behalf of a family supported by your church - for example asylum seekers.
We have to fundraise for the help we can offer towards booking costs and expect in return that those who need half or more of the cost of their booking will also get help to come from their church family.
If your church is willing to offer such support we need to know that they agree with your decision to come to Spring Harvest and an indication of the amount your church family is prepared to pay towards the booking. An outline of the relationship the church has with you would also be helpful. This may be provided by a church leader or group organiser and should include their role in the church and their contact details. They are welcome to call us if they would prefer to discuss this by phone.
In order to give as many people as possible the chance to come to Spring Harvest we are unlikely to be able to offer you a significant amount of help if we have paid the majority of your booking within the past two years.

A panel of Spring Harvest team and advisors meet regularly to review applications. They can't give any indication of the success of an application until they have seen it and may contact you for more information.
We'll tell you how to book. Successful applicants will be sent a discount code to use to book their Butlin's accommodation unit (discounts don't apply to meals or other extras).
Your saving will depend on what is available when you book and your choice of accommodation.
If you are part of a group tell your group organiser your code.
All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
Send us your booking confirmation so we can calculate how much discount you've had and check that the code has been used correctly.
We may ask successful applicants for a report following Spring Harvest so we can monitor the effectiveness of the Fund and as a means of encouraging others to donate in future.
We can't help you further once you have booked.
Butlin's auto pay is available to you and you can also pay towards your balance at any time to help spread the cost.

If you book before asking for help we will not be able to help towards the cost.
If anyone uses a discount code without our authority the discount will be cancelled and they will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.
We can offer this help because of the generous giving of friends and supporters. The help we can give is limited and we are sorry but once the fund is used up we may not be able to help you, so please apply as soon as you can.
