Exhibitors must agree to these terms and conditions when exhibiting at Spring Harvest 2027.
Spring Harvest is a Christian family holiday and teaching event that takes place each year on the Butlin's holiday resorts at Minehead and Skegness. If Spring Harvest is new to you and you want to learn more, our Ministry Impact Report will help you understand what we do.
The theme for Spring Harvest 2027 is No Greater Adventure: Find your Edge - Inspired by Acts 1:8 it's about taking the gospel to the edges of the world and discovering what the 'edge' looks like for each of our guests. We are particularly interested in applications that fit into this theme.

Prices are for space per resort, there is no discount for booking both resorts. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
If you would like a non-standard size we will discuss the cost with you after you have applied.
Applications are an 'offer to exhibit' and Essential Christian reserves the right to accept or decline. We aim to offer an exhibition that will appeal to a broad range of our guests. Please do not assume if you have been accepted in the past that you will automatically be included this year.
When the exhibition is full applications will be added to a wait list in case of cancellations.
