Our Partnership Agreement with you will explain any special provisions agreed for the Exhibition. Please complete this form so we have the information we need.

Ethos

Spring Harvest agrees with the Evangelical Alliance (EA) Basis of Faith and Lausanne Covenant and will review applications to ensure the organisation respects the aims, objectives and ethos of our event. Please only continue with your application if you are happy to respect this condition.

Charity status

Subject to availability a 10% discount on the first 2m x 2m will be offered to registered charities whose annual income in the past tax year is less than £500,000.

Required resort and stand size

Bookings are for space only and a power supply; we do not provide tables, chairs or any fittings. Please check the prices before applying. If you would like a non-standard size we will discuss the price with you after initial consideration of your application.


Essential Christian will design the exhibition layout and reserves the right to revise it at the event if necessary. For this reason we cannot and do not make any commitments regarding the location of your stand in our exhibition.

* We do not often accept applications from booksellers. If you are primarily or exclusively promoting or selling books please contact our bookstore via springharveststore.com/contact-us to introduce yourself and discuss whether or not they are able to offer your books for sale.

Next Steps

A team from Essential Christian meet regularly to review applications, they may ask you for more details before making a decision. Once the review process is completed, applicants will be contacted and those who are successful will be advised of the next steps.

Each year we aim to offer a good range of exhibitors for our guests, please do not assume if you have been accepted in the past that you will automatically be included this year.

Successful applicants will have 15 days in which to confirm their booking by paying a 25% deposit.
