Welcome

. . . to the Onsite registration process for Spring Harvest 2026 in Minehead.

You can use this form for anyone joining a Kids or Youth Programme at the event

Registration for the Kids programmes is then completed when you arrive at the event by going to the relevant venue (from 3pm on Monday, see programme for details) to let the team know you are there and still want to attend. You will be asked to confirm a few details and given any necessary paperwork or info about the programme

For those registering for the Youth programme, once this form is completed, you can just turn up to your sessions, hurrah! See the programme for details.

Please watch this short video that will explain the registration process

Also, if you are a young adult aged 18+ who used to be supported in the youth programme and would like a little help in the adult programme, we hope to be able to offer you some support. Please select Young Adult Support below (once you have entered the date of birth) if that applies and we will contact you to talk about how we can help. Please also look at the programme when it's available to see which celebration will be most appropriate for you.

         OR

  • click on the calendar icon next to the field and, on a computer, select the month and year at the top, and then select the year to change the decade
  • on a mobile or tablet you can usually touch the year to change the year, then swipe to change the month

If you are filling this in on behalf of someone in your group and do not know the exact date of birth, please make an approximation and use the first of the month.

Please select the group the child will be attending

Groups will be displayed based on the date of birth entered above.
If more than one group is displayed you may choose between them.
To change your mind just unselect the group and the options will re-appear.

Child will be under three months old at Spring Harvest

We are not able to look after children under 3 months old within the Kid's programme, but they can be taken into the adult programme with parents/carers.

Registration is not necessary

The person detailed is too old for the youth programmes and does not need to be registered unless additional support is to be requested.

No date of birth entered yet

Groups will be displayed when the date of birth has been entered above.

Thank you for telling the team that you are attending on your own. Please talk to the programme leaders as they may be able to make adjustments that will make things easier for you, such as changing drop off or pickup times.

Please note that photographs may be taken in this venue. If you do not wish the registered person to be photographed please go to the Spring Harvest Team Office at the start of your week.

Groups/Teams

If your child would like to be in the same colour group/team (depending on programme) as someone else attending their programme, please let us know that child’s name, and their church/town to help us identify them. We can only offer this for one child.
Your child must be registered by 23rd March 2026 in order to be placed into a colour group/team with someone else. Any requests made after this will not be taken into account.

Please note – we will endeavour to place children in the same colour group/team, but cannot guarantee they will be in the same small group within that colour, as small groups are worked out in different ways by different leaders.

Additional support

We will do everything we can to try to cater for the needs of the person you are registering. The more information you can give us, the more likely we are to be able to help. Please be aware that while we will do our utmost to provide for all at the event, some needs are beyond our capabilities to care for, and we are not able to offer one-to-one care. At first, if the person's needs are complex, we may ask you to stay with them until the team is confident that they have settled, or until the leaders are satisfied they can provide good care.

For more information regarding additional support please see the accessibility page on our website .

Please tick any needs that apply to the person you are registering (or none) - additional data will be requested if required.

Does your child have, or are they being assessed for, an EHC plan?
