If our standard payment is not enough to get someone to Spring Harvest and you are a church leader or group organiser, use this form to apply for additional help. If you are not a church leader or group organiser we will also ask your church leader for a reference for you.

If you would like us to make the booking we will need all dates of birth and their postal address. These are not necessary if you are making the booking or if they are already booked in.

As a guide we hope to be able to offer up to 2/3 of the cost of the accommodation and expect the guest and church to cover the balance. We encourage all guests to make a contribution towards their booking, both to ensure our limited funds can benefit as many people as possible but also to ensure commitment from the guests to attend. We also expect a contribution from the church to indicate their committment to the applicant.
