Use of your personal information

Prices & Tickets

• Spring Harvest offer discounted prices, for example for people on certain state benefits. If we see that any discount code has been used by someone we have not authorised to use it, the ticket purchase will be cancelled and no refund offered.
• Vouchers or promotions for regular Butlin’s breaks are not valid for Spring Harvest.
• Some prices may be higher on the gate.
• The resort has a capacity level. Once that capacity is reached no more tickets will be available for that day.

Butlin’s resort

• Spring Harvest breaks differ from those offered by Butlin’s and some of the Butlin’s facilities may not be available.
• Some information in a Butlin’s brochure or on their website will not apply during Spring Harvest.
• Please contact info@springharvest.org before you book if you want to know what will be available.

Bookings, Amendments & Cancellations

• You must pay in full when you book.
• If you are booking for different people for different days, please make separate bookings for each day.
• We ask the name of every guest and we also need the age of everyone under age 18, to help our planning.
• You may not buy a ticket for a child or young person (anyone age 18 or under) without also buying a ticket for an accompanying adult.
• If you book but are not able to come you may transfer your booking to another person or family. This will be a private arrangement between yourselves and you must email info@springharvest.org with details of the new guest or guests otherwise entry may be refused to the Butlin’s site.
• Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• Spring Harvest is a live, dynamic event with many variables outside our control. We will not offer a refund on tickets if any session you hope to attend has had to be cancelled, moved or otherwise amended.

Wristbands

• You will be given Spring Harvest wristbands for every person in your party when you check in. Anyone without a Spring Harvest wristband will be refused entry to the Spring Harvest programme and may be asked to leave.
• If you are booked for more than one day you will have to keep your wristband. Replacements wristbands cannot be issued at the day visitor gate.

Contact and security

• Some of our emails, including tickets emails, are sent from springharvest@ecevents.uk and others are sent from info@springharvest.org you are welcome to use either email address to contact us. You will also receive an email receipt from Essential Christian Ltd. Our emails do not include attachments.
